How to Request Remote Support:

1.     Call 917-747-5395 to obtain your 9 digit support key. 

\r\n

2.     Visit our support login page

\r\n

3.     Enter your name and 9 digit support key.

\r\n

 

\r\n

Fee:

\r\n

The fee for remote support is $2.00 per minute.   An invoice is sent to you via email at the end of the service call.   

\r\n

Requirements:

In order for Integri Consulting to access your computer, your computer must be accessible to the internet and you must have a working email address.
